GRAND BASE Osu

Plenty of shops nearby. Lots of restaurants close relatively early though - by 7pm, lots of shops were shutting / closed already. Security was great. Room was spacious. Shower area was FANTASTIC, spacious.

A nice clean oasis close to transit, shops, and sites. Great stay!

Everything was new and latest technology. The room was large and there was a bed for each person. Near the Osu shopping streets. We’d definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

Clean and (incredibly) spacious room. Property and all interior felt very clean and new as well. Was incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful amenities including washer/dryer, daily clean towels, mini fridge with a legit freezer, etc. Through instructions were provided (and in English) such as WiFi, air conditioner, washer/dryer, daily trash collection, etc.; every question we had was answered.  Would absolutely recommend and return if visiting Japan again. Thank you Grand Base Osu!

We loved the bathroom the most and the good space of the room. Staffs are very helpful too!

Great place to stay.  Close to a major shopping district.  A little far from the metro station though.  But other than that, nice place to stay.

Big clean room, your Homebase for the OSU district... Or should I say 'Grand Base'....

This property is perfect for a short stay. Our family of four stayed here to visit Studio Ghibli park and it was easy getting to the subway. There was plenty of space but amenities were limited which was fine. There is one person working the front desk so service is limited but he was very friendly. The hotel is walkable to many places to eat, convenient stores, and the open air market.

We loved our stay at Grand Base Osu. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge! Loved the shower! The staff was helpful. Even though we do not speak Japanese the use of a translator app helped our communication. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose Grand Base Osu if we ever go back to Nagano.

Great hotel/apartment walking distance to the Osu shopping areas and food spots.The hotel is modern, nicely decorated, comfortable, spacious and offers all the amenities perfect for family.Reception staff was very polite, helpful, with limited English, however had google translate to help.Internet speeds is good, there is free onsite laundry with drying. Taxi to the hotel is approx ¥1000 from Nagoya JR, or catch metro + 10 minute walk.

No staffed front desk and more like a self serve appt in a way.

Very clean and rooms were very spacious for our family of four. Self check in was a breeze, the front desk was never occupied which may turn some people off, but we loved the simplicity of check in and check out. The area has plenty of dining and convenience stores.

Within walking distance of osu shotengai shopping district. Very clean and big room for my family of 4. Unfortunately no parking lot on site.
