Gloria Verde Resort - All Inclusive 

This 8-day holiday was our 2nd at the Gloria Verde (GV) with our SAT golfing group. We had previously had 3 holidays at The Titanic and 2 at the Sueno Golf. Both are very good hotels but the GV just does everything better and we we plan to revisit in 2027. Lets deal with any bad points first! That was easy as there weren't any. Last year our room had a balcony which was lovely whilst this year we just had a juliet balcony. No issue as it was hot for our holiday and the great AC was welcomed. The GV is a 5* All-Inclusive hotel and is 1 of 3 Gloria hotels in Belek. It is spotlessly clean, has very comfortable rooms and public spaces. The GV is a smaller hotel (293 rooms compared to 590+ at The Titanic) than others and has a delightful intimacy whilst still offering all the facilities of its bigger neighbours in Belek. FOOD. We just ate at the Mythos Buffet restaurant for breakfast & dinner (loads of other venues for snack & lunch) where the choice of food for all palates was huge. We had some friends who also stayed at GV in June and they said for Euro25 extra the two a-la-carte restaurants were brilliant. Highlights for me were the breakfast omelettes, the Turkish kebab night, the desserts, the huge selection of breads etc. etc. Finally when we returned from golf in the afternoon we would visit the pattisserie for very naughty cakes & chocolate. DRINKS. A good sign for a hotel is the quality of the coffee and at GV this was great. The AI booze offer was excellent, the beer cold (drink the bottles or cans of beer rather than draft), the cocktails scrummy and the G&T's spot on. The wines were very good. ENTERTAINMENT - ANIMATION - SPA. We did not use these facilities this year but again by reputation were very good. POOLS & BEACH. Plenty of sunbeds & towels around very clean pools & surrounds. GOLF. We played the Old & New courses at Gloria and had away days at the Kaya Palazzo & Robinson Nobilis. Turkey has its golf offer to a very high standard and I maintain that if you want just a 4 hour flight, championship courses and proper 5* star hotels just go to Belek. My favourites were the New and the Nobilis. If you get to play the Nobilis take your camera for the view down the 11th hole to the Taurus Mountains, stunning! OPERATOR. We have used Bilyana Golf for all 7 of our holidays. Just use them guys, the are brilliant at what they do and will hit any value point. GV STAFF - without exception the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. I'm not good at remembering names so just a big shout out to them all. We also liked that the General Manager and the Customer Relations Teams would walk round the resort checking that all was well with patrons. SUMMARY. This review is about the GV and they provided us with a great 8 days. We hope to see you next year. SAT2026 Group.
