Me and my wife stayed at here for 3 days and its was so wonderful place to stay really praceful. From the day one the staff are so nice at us and their showed what is customer service at it best. We were very happy to stay at here and we strongly recommend to all who are going nuwara eliya to stay here. The rooms are well cleaned. The lady who owned this hotel was so genuin and was so help full to us. Once again thank u glenfal resort for giving us the qulity and confertable service that we have never expiranced from the top hotels that we have visited.
