Gasthaus-Hotel Faltermaier

Genuine and typical German hotel in the countryside. In the same building there is an equally typical German restaurant serving rustic well cooked food. The service is excellent, clean and neat. The premises are in such good condition that it seems to be brand new. The hotel does not have air conditioning but there are mosquito nets are on all windows so it's fine to sleep with the window open and the church bell will wake you up in the morning, we slept well even if it happened to be a hot summer night. Bid on yourself and talk with the locals and you have will have a cozy time in this place. At our request we got a nice breakfast served already 07:00. We found this place when we searched for hotels near Munich airport to drop fellows on our drive. We could have brought us an own football team because there's lots of room but only had four other night guests beyond us. Curiosities: This village also boasts the world's highest maypole according to Guinness, not worth to be seen but you cant miss it.....
