Garni Hotel Crystal Ice

The Crystal Ice Hotel, was a nightmare. 
Next to my night table there was a spider web with a live spider that i killed and a dead fly was on top of the table where you put the glasses you use to drink (they were wrapped in plastic) and next to the table a card from a card deck was lying on the floor.
At the bathroom, i saw a cup from a shampoo given to someone before us, next to the bathroom sink floor and when i accidentaly dropped my sleeping mask and looked under the bed, there was a wrapping from a previous tenant, and a lot of dust bunnies, like the room was not even cleaned before we go in!
The curtain was smaller than the window and there were no blinds.
The Dinner was horrible and only the cubuge salad was good, and a bit of the grilled chicken. The other thing that looked like a burger, wasnt touched by no one in the group, and that is a shame, because it is food going to waste, instead they could provide something edible.
Even the fries were bad, and dont get me started on the Breakfast. No Coffee, no available cups, or dishes, i had 2 slices of blead with some jam, not even butter available.
The egg was a bit green on the inside, so i ate only the white part.
They had salami and bread, but not all people eat that for breacfast.
The guy who was in charge of our dinner was rude and strict, and he was murmuring all the time behind his teeth, and the Lady in charge of Breacfast, couldnt comunicate and was incapable of serving.

This is a place to sleep. It is away from the city center. The elevator does not work so at least 2 floors to carry your heavy suitcase. The night there was a teen dance party until 11:30pm in the party room and a bus load of kids at breakfast. Comfortable beds and typical breakfast.

A place to sleep

The Crystal Ice Hotel is located 10-15 minutes away from the city center. You can also choose to go the other way and get on the boulevard. The women working there are very polite, hard-working people. The room was nice, though the hinges on the toilet seat were not screwed so I kind of battled with it :-). The towels are replaced daily, and the room are cleaned every morning. 
The food is great! Yummy and in abundance!
The good thing is also the elevator, since the reception is on the first floor, so if you have a heavy suitcase you just take the elevator. 
The only drawback: No access for wheelchairs. Everything else was good.

Nice location

More than value for money. Clean room, quiet location although located on the main road, friendly people. Private parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast OK. Working equipment in room and bathroom. Efficient administration during check-in and check-out.

Safe location

We had a great time there. The room was very clean. The dinner we had there was very tasty. The staff was very polite and helpful. Don't look for another place for a dinner - they make lovely "Plescavitsa".

Nice and clean

In the Junior room we like it the extra Baby bed. Breakfast was very good and it was very meaningful. Parkig and wifi is FREE! The pedestrian street and the restaurants are only 10 min walk away. Good price. Mold in the bedroom not so nice, in the bedroom the small kids only had difficulty bathing (there is no wall of the shower) Reception on the 1st floor! 0-24 desk is good.

Avarage but recommended

Everything positive about this hotel is irrelevant due to the fact that there is serious threat for guests' life and health: combination of water and electricity. 

In my room, the bathroom did not have a bath, or a shower stall. During the shower, the water spread all over the floor, and I found myself in the water to the angles. At the same time, the hairdryer is placed about two meters opposite the mirror, so in order to dry my hair and see what I do, I had to pull strongly the power cord of the hair dryer, risking the fall of the dryer into the water on the floor. At that point I decided not to use hair dryer and to report to authorities.

Under no circumstances would I ever recommend anyone to go there.

Life threatening

Hotel looks nice when you walk in but the rooms are very dated, good service from staff.Arrived in the early hours but staff waited and still provided an evening meal. you can smoke in the hotel which was offputting.
