The atmosphere is magic, the people are so interesting, and it's the perfect place to relax when you've been on the road for many days or months.

We stayed there just one night but in that short time we have fantastic time at Freedom Hostel Batumi.
Tomek was super responsive and we actually cancelled reservation for other hostel to stay at this one and we do not regret :D

A great cozy hostel, where you can truly feel like at home. It attracts great people and has a unique atmosphere, where you won't feel as just a guest, but rather a part of a big family. Grilling parties are the best. The hostel has both romantic doubles and dorms. Clean, neat, very pleasant ad helpful staff. Don't be afraid that it is not located in the city center - you may take a taxi for just a dollar or dollar and a half, but you will as well have a reason to enjoy the full boulevard instead of a small piece in the center.

We really liked our stay there - it was fun, international crowd (Polish mostly), great and hospitable cook, friendly owner :) The only thing I'd like to improve so far is the cleaning: it would have been a lot more pleasant if the place had been cleaned more often. Maybe it's not always like that but just an impression I got. 
This minor inconvenience is still outweighed by the atmosphere, so I recommend :)

I spent an hour on a very hot day looking for this place. went to the address. showed it to people around they had never heard of it. it doesnt exist. be warned. i asked many different people. nobody had heard of it. i phoned the number. the man said he would come. he didnt. i waited. he didnt come. nothing.
