I had a lovely experience staying at Fraser Suites Singapore. On March 28, I returned to the hotel around 8 PM and noticed that all the lights were turned off. At first, I was a bit confused, but then I realized it was in support of Earth Hour. The lobby was beautifully set up with candles, creating such a unique and memorable atmosphere. I took some photos there, and one of the staff members kindly helped me take pictures. They also politely asked for my permission to use my photo for the hotel’s Earth Hour celebration, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is also conveniently located near a plaza, which was very helpful. At one point, I wanted to grab something to eat but wasn’t sure what time the plaza closed. I asked the receptionist, and they kindly informed me that it closes at 11 PM. Thanks to that information, I was able to quickly head over, get what I needed, and enjoy it comfortably in my room with the amenities provided. On March 29, my check-out process was completely seamless. The receptionist returned my deposit promptly without any delays or administrative hassle. They also kindly assisted me in taking photos at The Plant Nook, which turned out beautifully. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with thoughtful service and memorable moments.
