Just returned from a 3 year stay at the residence. Cannot praise the staff enough, always helpful getting one of those elusive things called a taxi in Beijing. Any food deliveries were accompanied by a member of staff other deliveries held at reception and sent up the same day. Easy access to all of the city Sihui metro (line 1) only 10 minute walk and bus stops in Chaoyang Lu to get you around the city. House keeping 4 times a week, always good to come back a clean and tidy apartment after a day at work. Apartment kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine and dish washer. Local area is full of restaurants almost all of which are good quality. Internet speed is ok, do not expect ultra fast that does not happen in China. Monthly gift from the management as well as birthday presents and of course a gift at all festival times. All in all a great place to stay for 3 years but the staff make it.
