I was very skeptical of being in another NYC hotel. Usually small rooms and rude people. This place changed my mind. It starts with Nicole at the front desk. She was so inviting. She made my family feel like they mattered. She is super friendly and filled with knowledge. She is always saying hi and ensuring that we are ok. The hotel has the absolute best breakfast staff i have ever encountered. I travel every week throughout the country and have never had this level of service at any Marriott property. The rooms are small but comfortable. The cleaning staff was early and super polite. They do have a small bar and valet parking. Thank you Nicole and Marriott!
