We went there to have family dinner at Panaash Restaurant. It was an amazing experience. We had so much fun and the in charge Mr Saidul was so much eager to help anytime with our needs. This is the second time we went there to have family dinner. We were pleased by Mr. Saidul's hospitality. Chef Mr. Rasel was also helpful. He did bbq as we instructed. Definitely we are coming back again.

I had dinner with my wife at four points by sheraton.Thire service was excellent also food is very good. Specially I would like to thanks Mr. Raju,Mr.Albin and Mr.Shaker for excellent service. Definitely I will come again.

Excellent service

If you want to spend a wonderful evening with celestial pool-side beauty, visit 'Panash Restaurant' (Four Points By Sheraton).  Undoubtedly, it is fabulous in every way. Their classy food, excellent service and impressive atmosphere gave me heavenly feelings. The staff were also hospitable, particularly Mr. Shidul Islam was very professional, caring and always eager to help. I highly recommend this restaurant to have pleasant experience.   

Panash: Place For Excellence

Stayed at Four Points for 3 days as part of an official trip. The room, bathroom and linen were reasonably clean though I felt at times if the linen or towels had been reused as I would often notice a hair or two on fresh towels and bed linen. Even the cups in the room were a bit unclean from old stains.
On the contrary the experience with the restaurant staff was great. They were quite friendly and helpful. As I am a vegetarian I did not have many options at the menu but the waiters and the cooks were quite accommodating to get me vegetarian dishes on demand. Particularly one waiter named Habib was extremely helpful and hospitable.
The reception staff was also quite helpful.

Pleasant stay at Four Points

Every friday from 12-4 pm they have dhakaiya buffet which includes
- kacchi bririyani 
- Kala vuna 
- heef tehari 
- chicken tandoori and a huge collection of desserts 
The chef and the total team including  Mr. Raju was very cooperative,  they are adept in preparing any dish as proficiently as they could..   highly recommended,  done their swimming too, warm water was really welcoming

I stayed at the hotel for a good one week.  The stay was excellent.  The staff were excellent and extremely courteous.  My special thanks to Ankan and his team, Akber, Gico, Habib, Syed, Raju, Saju.  Not to forget the excellent Chef Kaique and his team of talented cooks capable of producing just about any dish.  The rooms were neat and tidy.  Hotel is very centrally located too.

A Grand Stay with a wonderful Team

I enjoyed their buffet dinner at rooftop restaurant. Foods were good but I expected more items from them. Small beef steak and chicken bbq, whole roasted turkey was really good. Loved their ambiance and service.

The roof top resturent four points by Sheraton is good indeed with their environment as well as service. The terrace portion of the resturent is the area any one will like if the weather is supportive. Proper maintainance of cleanliness and social distancing along with good food items they are trying to serve their best.

My colleagues and I are in Dhaka with frequency on business and the Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka, Gulshan is our go-to hotel!  The hotel is conveniently located; the staff is extremely friendly/professional; the rooms are very modern, clean, comfortable and well-equipped and the breakfast is delicious.  They don't have a spa, but if you're looking for a massage, you can watch just a few minutes up the street to the Westin to get one.  HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Perfect for a business travelers!

This is a very nice hotel located centrally in Dhaka. It's close to the airport which is good because traffic can be terrible.  The lounge is a bit noisy and dark but the appetizers were nice.  The front desk staff (Myesha, Tarin, Susan and Tanvir) were very helpful throughout my stay.
