That Covid was being used as an excuse for less service provisions that the hotel advertised.
It was more a motel than hotel
The standard had clearly dropped with the removal of some basics for hotels. No kettle, no welcome/info book, no tags for the door and No telephone in the rooms for service.
No allocated parking and pictures on the website were clearly taken at the opening of this establishment
