We stayed here over Matariki weekend with two other families (5 adults, 7 kids) and had the best time! We booked all four units, and they were spotlessly clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything we needed – comfy beds and bedding, a full kitchen set-up with appliances, smart TVs, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. The kids loved roasting marshmallows around the outdoor fire in the evenings – such a great atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better: just a short stroll (less than 5 minutes) to the ferry across to Whitianga, a minute or two to Flaxmill Bay beach, and around a 15-minute walk to Cooks Beach. Affordable, comfortable, and perfect for families or groups. We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend it enough!
