Nice hotel , good food . And on top of the hotel you have @ snooker table and a nice view , especially with the sun set. I stand there in 2007 .  You have the marked and the shoppingmall near the hotel. I paid 20 $ , and that's a good price when you are located @ so many things to see .

i loved the place,
nice staff great location, near for all tourist atractions bar,clubs...
clean room, just loved it
a bit noisy
but the bed was comfy, and the all place nice, i advice, you to pass by there

If your looking for a budget hotel this is an ok option. We stayed here 2 nights. I would return but would probably try other places first As there is nothing special about this. It seemed kinda run down. There was signs in the dorm saying filming porno in the room is illegal, which leads me to believe there is alot of sexual activity that happens here, maybe prostitutes?! Either way it dis the trick, breakfast was OK.

Does the trick

My biggest disappointment is that the staff are really great and truly reflex the kindness
of the Khmer people. this is only why I stay at lease one night when in Phnom Penh.  
That being said the hotel Management need an intervention. the hotel is located in the
nightlife area, many bars,clubs and food option are steps away. the rooms need renovation ASAP, Amenity need improvement etc. the bottom line is there are better
hotel option within the area. Great staff, hotel today one star. Guest friendly.

Time for intervention

The owner of the hotel takes no responsibility but I guess that's normal when the person ransacking rooms is his son  . Even when confronted with evidence he will deny it and the police are scared of him only natural when its his son ransacking rooms.

Beware

I arrived at this hotel in the middle of the night and there was super loud music going in the street which I could still hear in my room. The rooms itself were a bit dirty and bathroom was just awful and worn down. There was even a sign on the door saying that guests aren't allowed to make p*rn videos in the room. If you're told that, you know you're in a crappy place.
