Flamingo Motel

Parking is directly in front of your door.  Very clean, comfortable room.  Cozy room with comfortable chairs and a very nice mattress.

Parking spot for each room. The man in the office at check-in was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Our stay was great at the Flamingo Motel. Fantastic little place in the heart of a beautiful little town.

Great location to downtown area. Easily walked to shops, restaurants, coffee and bakery. Room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Loved that we were able to back right up to our room for easy and convenient loading and unloading. Our room had two comfortable recliners which was appreciated.

Sweet, easy place to land for the night. Short walk to the marina boardwalk or downtown. Comfy bed, hot water for tub/shower. Clean! Fridge, microwave, coffee maker . WiFi was a bit erratic.

Location was perfect and staff was wonderful! Having an assigned spot right in front of our room was great for unloading/loading. It was also nice for the pups too, no stairs to go up/down and grassy areas just outside of the property.

Really can’t ask for a better location. It’s right on the edge of the main downtown area and minutes walk to the water front. I especially like the parking set up- right outside your door.It’s got old school Route 66 charm and though not full of the usual amenities it’s a great place to call it a night after spending all day visiting the area.

This was an amazing place to stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable. There is restraunts and a beautiful park within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Flamingo Motel. It's so conveniently located, a short walk to all the restaurants in town. The room was the Victorian and very comfortable. Everything we needed for a 2-night stay. We did have to ask about how to operate the electronic locks and hair dryer, but the guy could not have been nicer. Highly recommend.

Fun type of quirky motel with lots of personality. Each room has a theme; we were in the Route 66 suite with a full kitchen. The kitchen was what drew us to the motel. We were missing a few items from the kitchen (pot holders...), and the office staff was quick to get the items for us. Recycling would be a helpful addition (I dislike tossing recyclables). Great location - quick walk to the lake, a block to downtown or the park/greenway. If we venture back to CDA, the Flamingo will be our first choice for places to stay.

Motel with unique rooms and great location

Old School motor court - pull up to your hotel room door style. If it is all about location then Flamingo is the perfect spot, less than 10 minutes walking to all of downtown CD’A. Motel is dated, tattered, and old, but has charm for the area. Room was clean and stocked with all the necessities for a short 2 night stay. Nothing special, but was our best option for our visit to CD’A.

I am a single mom with 5 children so i always get the cheapest room I can find when we go on trips. The Flamingo Motel was much more affordable for me than any other place in the area. The motel is outdated which is fine by me, it had the basics like a fridge and microwave. The wi-fi worked great. It was clean. Whomever i spoke with on the ohone during check in said something about a heater not working right? But had an alternitive in place if needed. I am really happy with our stay. It was affordable and it fit my whole family! The only thing i have to complain about was that the carpet was wet in many places, like soak your sock wet. Which was weird, and kinda gross.

Stayed here for one night with 2 teenagers. The room was very spacious. It was divided into two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and another with one. Each of the rooms had air conditioning. They also gave complementary water bottles, chocolate and coffee. It’s a no frills place but in a great location and convenient

Excellent Motel

Location! Location! Location!Fantastic spot. Close to the fun part of Coeur d'Alene. Able to walk everywhere. Old motel but would stay here again.

Even though we never laid eyes on staff, the one I dealt with digitally were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
