321 reviewsI have literally just returned from what I would say was the best holiday as a family I have ever had! Whilst on my way to the airport I was reading all the reviews and started to panic but once I got there I realised they were wrong, yes it's all Russian orientated but the staff were absolutely amazing and did nothing but help us and make us feel welcome as we were the only English people at the hotel! Yes the food is repetitive but there is something different each night to choose from and the salad is always fresh and plenty of it! Rooms cleaned to a high standard every day and plenty of su loungers by the pool! The staff are an asset to the hotel especially mustafa and the waitress/bar lady with blonde hair she speaks very good English and nothing is a bother for them and they were very good with our 18 month old baby. The disco was loud but never bothered us or woke the bab. I do feel people have been harsh with their reviews but I guess that's just the way some people are!! There are downsides as there is not a lot for older children to do as all entertainment is Russian but I have recently found out that most of the hotels and property's in this area are owned by Russian and German business people so if that's not ur thing then don't go but if ur looking for a relaxing holiday I would definitely recommend this hotel
