For us this was a dream location. We had booked an apartment for 5 people and were allocated 'viola'. The apartment was exactly how it was shown on the website. The interior was cozy. Immediately you felt at home. When opening the shutters one overlooked olive gardens and pine trees, the sun shining over the countryside... felt as a Tuscan dream. From Mandri we visited Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Siena,... we found the location a perfect base for our trips. One can perfectly prepare dinner at home but during our stay we have discovered some real gems to have dinner around the area. The owners as well as the staff were very friendly and accommodating to requests. Giving advise and sharing stories.
