visit first time .excellent property and service,staff is very supportive,specially Mr,Varun,Mr Pawan and Mr Moniral.buffet breakest quality is very hygene.locate near to amritsar railway station.rooms also very classy well mantained property.near to golden temple and durgiana temple

We are stay at fab our stay was good breakfast was nice receptionist pawan varun and fab representative mr.monirul vrery helpfully I never expected that fab hotels are providing excellent services fab hotels they are compitition with 4*hotel

Good Hotel right on the main road and the biggest plus is the location and the proximity to the attractions. Rooms are basic but for the price you pay, its great VFM. The hotel is good for quick short stays. Breakfast spread is limited again good for the money you pay. Service is Good. The only drawback I found was the lack of parking facilities.

This is place where we visited last month. We stay for two days.
An average hotel rooms and budgeted hotel.
Nothing more to add. 
Simply nice and with family you can visit and stay.

Good Hotel with great location.

Tricky review to write - good points: some of the staff were helpful and friendly, plenty of hot water, good food.  It stops there though.  

Primary complaint was its inability to provide clean bed linen, (a hot wash with a good detergent might be a start). Our room on arrival had dirty and marked linen, a broken window that would not close and a rather ‘tired’ appearance (exhausted might be a better description) with many signs of mould. When this was pointed out to the management we were offered a smaller room with the same issues with the linen – hotel policy not to wash between guests?  Having pointed this out twice the manager brought a selection of linen, all of the quilt covers were marked or stained in some way, despite being ‘only a month old’.  We finally found a clean sheet and pillow cases and settled temporarily on the least grubby cover, but after fitting it the smell of the cover and quilt was very musty and would have made for an unpleasant nights sleep.  We had to resort to our sleeping bags and a fleece blanket.  The bathroom, set up as a wet room,  flooded when used - the floor sloped away from the drain, the shower curtain was filthy, less mould than the first room though!

The  chain has issues elsewhere apparently, Thank you for the warning about the Fabhotel Kochar Continental and the offer to change to the Fabhotel Sehej Inn.  I have cancelled my reservation at the Kochar Continental and will not be taking up your offer of a move to the Sehej Inn after reading the online reviews – another of the chain that is obviously not up to standard.  WE received this email:   'We were getting a lot of feedback from our guests regarding  FabHotel Kochar Continental Residency that it was not meeting FAB standards. Hence, keeping the guest experience in mind; we would like to shift your booking to another property.'  We checked the other Fabhotel offered, very poor reviews and booked elsewhere!

I suspect that they may need to change your advertising ‘India’s best reviewed hotel chain’ is a misleading claim in my experience!

A really disappointing experience - beware

Nothing specific but an average budget hotel. Basic Average size Rooms but are clean with clean bed sheets and clear toilets with clean linen. Limited Indian breakfast.
Location is very near to the railway station .

HOTEL AAY KAY - OKAY OKAY HOTEL !!!

Stayed in suite room for 3 nights , there was no power backup(checked-out with the help of mobile torch this early morning around 3am), in-house dining options limited, if asked for plates, would be provided with disposable ones! Service not upto the mark, room was big , washroom was horrible(the western pot was not placed properly, barely could someone sit!! Not at all Recommended! There was no wifi range in the rooms.

Not at all Recommended! Pathetic experience

Dirty washrooms,horrible quality food dirty plates there were no glasses in the rooms, there was no butter in the breakfast.Its  is not recommended at all.The management is very rude.very small washrooms.
