Having a New York hotel sales & marketing background, I was so taken with the service, warmth & professionalism at this property, situated on Kalamaki. It is family owned with several family members working there, ensuring all guest needs are met. Overall, the staff is incredibly gracious. I would like to specifically mention a few individuals who made my stay so special. Sofia Glourmetaki, Manolis Nektarios Kastrinakis, Florentina Boboaca, Mary, Tony & Petros! The guestroom with balcony was lovely with all necessary comforts. Breakfast is more than a grand buffet, it is a Greek feast, offering traditional & delicious Cretan dishes Moreover, having two beautiful swimming pools made my stay even more awesome. The bus to the center of Chania is situated in front of the hotel & takes approximately 15 min. to travel there.There are many diverse restaurants within walking distance, generally quite good. I look very forward to returning to the Elektra Beach Hotel next year, as for me, it was perfect. I wish them much continued success!
