Room with a view of Lake Hamilton! Planned to stay overnight only and ended up extending for 2 more nights. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The cleanest Motel 6 that I've ever stayed at. Room is huge, fridge and microwave are clean, Cable TV with premium channels. Nice location - you can go for a morning walk and just take in Lake Hamilton. Will definitely refer and def come back! Love the items that they give away at their check in counter, has a nice touch to it. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Staff was excellent, very kind and helpful. My microwave didn’t work and it was replaced right away.

Excellent in every way possible. Communications, prompt responses, polite. I was new to area. My apt was not ready on arrival. I stayed here two weeks, waiting. They made it feel like a vacation. The view of lake hamilton  from my balcony was breathtaking. Definitely 10 stars.

The room was clean and adequate, the bed was comfortable. But the property needs serious upgrades. The pool was closed due to it being “winter”, so the rotting falling apart shade structures should be getting fixed during this time. There was trash in the grassy areas all around. The pic nic table was falling apart. Perhaps spend more money fixing up the hotel and less being sent back home to you know where. No breakfast. Just coffee which we didn’t have. I did like that there was pet fee.

We were well-pleased with the staff and facility at Motel 6 - Hot Springs, Arkansas.The clerks at our check-in and departure were personable and professional.Our room was clean, cool, and ready even though we placed a reservation  shortly before arriving.The parts of the property we saw during our overnight stay are attractively maintained and clean. I did not visit the pool and have, therefore, omitted answered the questions regarding the same.

My room was not wiped down on any tables. Deck had trash, draw had some trash, trash behind the bathroom door, floors and deck needs a better cleaning. Saw 2 roaches!! Never have before. Pool feels great. Nice. Quite disappointed in the uncleanliness and no room service, 3rd day. Maybe better housekeepers!!

I actually loved this place.  It was nothing fancy. But the price was reasonable, and my dogs were allowed to stay .  There wasn’t carpet in my room for obvious dog hair reasons, but it was quiet and had a cute little balcony.  If you like luxury, go somewhere else, but if a clean room with no frills and friendly staff is all you need , book it .

Dog Friendly!

Great place to stay when traveling with pets.  There is no carpet in the rooms which is ideal for dog lovers.  The room had an odd smell but not overwhelming.  The pool was right outside of our room.  The first 2 nights we stayed was during the week, the last night was a Friday night and it was loud all night long.  Noise is  not easily managed so I do not fault the motel for that.  We rent rooms to take showers and sleep in; with that in mind I would stay here again

Economy Room

The motel is great no carpet,  no house keeping during your stay which I really liked unless you want it which we did not. All you had to do was go to the front desk and bring your dirty towels and you got new ones. You can request shampoo, soap which I walked down twice in our 4 night stay and got some. I am a smoker but I do not smoke indoors, they had a beautiful patio that you could set at and smoke and drink your coffee. They are smoker friendly and pet friendly I didn't have an animal, but several people did . I would definitely recommend  several nice places you could smoke without being treated like an outcast. We all loved the pool really clean the kid's had a blast. No coffee pot in the room, but it's in the lobby with everything you could possibly want.  The price was great and everyone was extremely friendly. The room was spotless when we checked in and when we left it was very clean. The views are beautiful I set in several different places. Huge selection of restaurants and shops all close by and magic springs was close.

Great service, I especially loved Purvi and Yesi  very friendly we had a great time.

rented a room during the 2021-2022 New Years eve holiday. my room was very spacious. big bed, had a fridge and a private porch on the back door. bath tub was big and had hot water. easily accessible plenty of parking. over looked a lake. down side is you have to exit on a very dangerous curve and you have to pay attention to find it or youll pass it every time. will rent a room here again when in town.

I called up to Motel 6 on Wednesday evening Miss Sean did a really good job on helping me out with a room super sweet. The rooms are completely updated with hardwood flooring looks great everything in the room is great. I’ve stayed here a couple different times and I am highly satisfied every time that I’m here! Definitely a great place to stay in Hot Springs

Shawn is the best

We stay at motel 6 primarily. We travel with fur babies and having them welcomed as we are is a blessing. This motel 6 was undergoing a transformation. The landscaping was beautiful. The pool of course was closed due to the time of year. Our room was wonderful,clean, one of the nicest yet. The lady that checked us in, Shawn, was very informative, welcoming and just plain nice. Our only snag was the call from someone accusing us of stealing their “property.” I asked what property are you talking about to which she replied “bed covers”.....hahaha. We would never take those things. Not only that we always remove them immediately when we arrive because we were told once that they never wash them. The bed covers were placed in the dresser instead of just thrown on the floor. I told her to look there for “their property “. After about an hour I called them back and they indeed found the bed covers and apologized for accusing us of theft. I feel they should have called us back . The only other ding for this location was running out of coffee by 8. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
