550 reviewsThe hotel is in an old castle, in a park with sensational views of the surroundings. The restaurant is good and fairly priced and you eat with this phenomenal view of the valley around you. The room was very large, and the bathroom too and although the reviews about needing some paint refresh and the furniture a little worn out are true and there is no lift, hey forget if it, it is like being in a real palace. The young lady in the reception deserves a special mention, she carried our bags up the stairs, she gave us perfect directions for the trekking paths and a very useful map and everything with a smile. Breakfast is a joy. The parking costs a little, but it is clearly stated in the booking as so and we can understand with so many tourists coming to the place and the small price gives you a perfectly private and quiet parking experience. Trekking in the surrounding park is marvelous. We had the most perfect weather one can imagine, not hot, not cold, sunny and with a breeze, and most of it is in the trees shade so this added to the positive review. The boulders are so magnificent and interesting. Forget all the negative reviews, just go !!
