Dorothy and Dan have a lovely home and made us very welcome. The garden is beautul and is visited by many birds. We even saw a hummingbird feed from the fuchsia by the back door. A home cooked breakfast was provided which set us up for the day.

We spent one night with our 11 month old. We were greeted by the hosts with a cup if tea and baked goods. The place was clean and well taken care of. I felt comfortable letting my little boy crawl around on the floor. 
Our room was large with plenty of room for our crib and baby stuff. 
Breakfast was absolutely delicious and was made at a time that was good for us. 

The hosts were terrific, the bed was comfortable and close to the Warplane Museum.  Value for your money.  The water had a bit of an smell but we were supplied with bottled water for drinking.  The grounds were lovely to look at and plenty of birds for your morning viewing pleasure.

My wife and I stayed for there nights at The Dick tail Inn B&B in late May.  The location is very good and restful.  Our hosts Dan and Dorothy were most obliging and very friendly.  Breakfast was excellent without feeling any obligation to fill up.  We have stayed at other B&Bs where breakfast is a feature and you feel obliged to eat everything.  We were in the area for a family wedding and were very late home on one night but this was not an issue.  Our room had a separate bathroom with many ducks on the walls - I counted over 125 and that did not include the wallpaper.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happily to recommend this property as a lovely place to stay.  Only possible drawback is the presence of cats in the house.  I have an allergy to cats but luckily was not affected on this occasion.  People with a similar allergy might think twice about staying here.

My stay in the Duck Tail Inn was work related. My hosts Dan and Dorothy were wonderful! Dorothy makes you feel at home and makes a wonderful breakfast with a great variety each and every day. Room is spacious with satellite tv and separate washroom. Comfy bed and nice size room with its own fridge. You can't beat it for value either. Will stay again definately. Location is good too, easy drive to Hamilton, Brantford or Cambridge. May be too country for some.
