Check-in is permitted only with a passport or equivalent document. For guests under 14, a birth certificate is required.

Guests under 14 must be accompanied by a legal guardian (parent, adoptive parent, guardian) or an adult companion. The legal guardian must provide documents proving the relationship (passport, birth certificate, or guardianship decree). The accompanying adult must provide a consent form from one of the parents authorizing the child to share the hotel, as well as copies of the legal guardian's passport pages (the page with personal information and photo, and the pages containing information about the children).

Guests aged 14 to 18 must have written consent from one of their legal guardians (parent, adoptive parent, guardian) authorizing independent check-in, as well as copies of the legal guardian's passport pages (the page with personal information and photo, and the pages containing information about the children).

The consent can be written in free form by hand and does not require notarization.

Foreign guests or stateless persons are required to provide the necessary documents for immigration registration upon check-in. The hotel, in accordance with its internal policies, may charge a fee for additional services not listed on the website.

Bed or room reservations are made within the selected category, not tied to a specific floor, room number, or bed tier.

When staying in a multi-bed room, bed linen and towels are charged an additional RUB 200.00. Using a bed without linens is prohibited.

Children under 6 years of age (inclusive) are not permitted in shared rooms.

Luggage storage is available at the reception desk for an additional fee, as well as toiletries and slippers.
