The staff was very welcoming and accommodative. The rooms were clean and have all the relevant facilities. The overall service is fantastic! My stay is indeed always quite comfortable and the modern upgrades are just totally out of this world and give the establishment a massive boost in looking and feeling modern. Not noisy at all despite it being in the inner city.
