The position is very good, cause is not so far from the centre, from the bus stop from the airport and also from the RDS Arena. The staff is very kind and nice. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Like at grandparents' house

Shes the hostess with the mostest  Great room, very central location, nice food.  I will stay here again, very handy if you're going to Whelans on Wexford st, yes I recommend it.  I would love sto stay here again.

Lovely B and B. Close to bus route into centre of Dublin. You could walk, about 20 minutes. The only downside was that it was continental breakfast which to be honest was a bit disappointing, ham and baby bell cheese with toast, cereal and tea/coffe/fruit juice. The breakfast could be improved by adding tomatoes and a different choice of cheese. Otherwise very clean and location was very quiet.

Value for money.

We stayed here on our first night in Ireland. We were made very welcome & the owners were great hosts.
The room was a good size with ensuite shower etc. Clean, comfortable & exactly what we needed.
It was central enough that cheap taxi ride to town was sufficient for a good, lively night out. 
We slept well & the breakfast was tasty & filling.
Thankfully there was a vacancy for our last night in Ireland so we've rebooked & looking forward to meeting our lovely hosts again

To start with, the man checking us in was lovely, really helpful and friendly. 

The location is good, it’s a quiet street and about 20 minutes walk to the main areas of interest.  There are some pubs and eateries nearby.  You can park relatively easily nearby in the street.

We stayed in room 4.  It is tiny.  The bed was quite uncomfortable and very small.  We had to climb over one another to use the bathroom.  We couldn’t get ready at the same time as there wasn’t sufficient space.  We could hear everything from the adjoining rooms, at one point we thought someone was using our bathroom.  We didn’t sleep at all well.

Breakfast was a small plate of ham and pot of babybel.  We were offered some toast and some instant coffee too.  It wasn’t what we’d call a continental breakfast.

Although the place is clean and reasonably priced for the location, we wouldn’t stay again as we felt that, despite the price, we didn’t get value for money.  

Not great

Super central location in the center of town yet very quiet. Clean and cozy quarters. Very nice hosts who were friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices and free parking right out front. Recommended
