upgraded experience, we been before and really felt that the hotel spoiled our vacation. We returned into the NEW cabins and honestly it renewed my faith! CAbin: we paid extra to upgrade to the new cabin and it was absolutely worth the upgrade cost: was immaculate, clean, new, with all the nessasery things in full working order. bed were comfortable and decor very nice . it was a much better experience and we will definitely return here. staff: seemed pleasant, and helpful and no issues pool: the pool temp is a little cold , uk pools usually average around 29-31.c but it’s cooler than that here so most time was spent in the jacuzzi , such a shame as the pool is brilliant. that being said, the older kids loved it and had a great time it’s a shame about the park area and farm but but you can see some of the resort is under renovation so await the new infrastructure . The cricket ranch dining is great, food here is probably my fav, it’s ticks the boxes for all kids, even with nuggets . i’m pleased it’s improved as it has so much potential here , this was a great stay and we were very happy
