We have just returned after a 10 night stay at the Pyramisa Beach Sahl Hasheesh. What a truly wonderful holiday. We were one of only two English families staying here (at the time) and I really don't know why, it was all we could have asked for. I was very apprehensive about travelling to Egypt, especially with all the concerns in the middle East, but there was never a time where we felt unsafe. The staff were truly caring and went out of their way to ensure that we were looked after without being intrusive. The hotel and grounds were spotlessly clean and well cared for, and staff seemed to have a 'pride' in their work. The menu was extensive and varied and honestly, if you cannot find something that you like then you shouldn't be travelling abroad, all the food was handled with gloves and the hygiene was impressive. We travelled with my Grandson who is autistic, but staff engaged with him and made him feel 'included'. What a prize the 'sunken city' is, beautiful marine life that kept my Grandson in the water for at least 8 hours every day. We did a few 'trips' out of the hotel and they were experiences that we will never forget. Dolphins, snorkelling in the beautiful Red Sea, and not forgetting Harry's desperate desire to ride a 'Camel' I can't thank the staff enough for their courtesy and care of us during our stay. We will certainly be returning
