Always good to stay at Del Roza during my business trips to Middelburg, thanks again for being the hosts

Just 90 minutes from Tambo, del Roza couldn't be more perfect for our first nights stay. It has real unique but warm character and everything perfectly clean. Breakfast was excellent and the pool refreshing. Riana is the best hostess and welcomed my group as if we were all great friends! As a guide I'll always make del Roza my first nights stop on the way to Kruger.

Great venue for family stay-overs. Breakfast was tasty and service friendly.

Thank you so much for accommodating us on short notice.  It was clean, comfortable, and classy.  Our host was so friendly and accommodating and even made sure we had a takeaway breakfast. 


Wonderful place , warm reception,  people were friendly and the chef was quick and his omelette on point

Staff were very helpful when I broke my tooth . They sorted out a dentist for me the next day. On my return visit they  printed out my boarding passes for the flight home.

I always enjoy to stay at Delroza guest house when I come to run Loskop Ultra marathon. It has been a jolly stay for the past 8 years. I don't think will ever stay anywhere other than Delroza......

We absolutely loved our stay at Del Roza and will definitely keep coming back! 

The incredible breakfast, the pristine clean and perfect bedroom (with all amenities thinkable), the extremely friendly and professional service and the staff going out of their way to accommodate us after our race (we took part in the Loskop marathon and could take a refreshing shower afterwards. Even though this was way after our book-out time). Not to mention that we could leave our car in the safe and secure parking during the race. 

This is truly a gem with warm hearted people who really look after their guests. 
If you're looking for a place to stay in Middelburg. Look no further.

Best Place to stay in Middelburg

The hospitality and the welcome was amazing the best I've ever experienced. Jan and his beautiful wife are so accommodating and went to great lengths to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was AWESOME and DELECIOUS. Also worth mentioning they have a TRUST FRIDGE in the resort which really blew my mind away. I will not be staying anywhere else when visiting Middlesbrough again. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM.

DelRoza Guest House is in the heart of Middleburg, conveniently located close to where I needed to work. The property is beautifully decorated, well maintained garden and plenty of parking inside the yard.
At breakfast, good coffee and freshly made omelette. I enjoyed that.
My request to check out at 05h00am was accommodated with kindness.

Great accommodation and very very good breakfast.

Excellent location to stay for Business and for private reasons. nicely equipped; rooms with great king size Beds; WiFi works properly and many corners to just be there and enjoy. The garden with lots of beautiful plants and flowers. The water games and the pool make the whole hotel appearance even more exquisite. The breakfast is individually made, no waste. Friendly people all over the place. Since I discovered this hotel in 2019; I never looked further. I always make the point to stay there.

Best place to stay in Middelburg

Del Roza is a comforting, peaceful, beautiful place to stay! The staff is just the best! They are caring, helpful, and so friendly!  They treat you like family and meet your every need! The breakfasts are delicious and the Braii is out of this world! The grounds are so well maintained and the rooms are spotless!  Del Roza is my home away from home!

The breakfast was great, looked forward to it every morning and did not skip a day. The room was clean and comfortable and staff went the extra mile to ensure it was warm upon my return on a cold day. The wifi speed in my room could have however been better. Overall a great guesthouse and looking forward to return in the near future!

I started a new job in February. I was relocating from Johannesburg. My stay was amazing. I met great people. The staff helped me to get a place to stay permanently, helped me to find a school for my kids. Advised me about the area. It will forever be my home away from home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and love.

Exactly what you hope for in a small guest house. Friendly informative greeting backed up by an information book in your room. Our room was well furnished, immaculately clean, lovely towels, good wifi, sat tv, tea and coffee facilities, fridge etc etc. Breakfast was a buffet choice of juice, cereals fruit and yoghurt with tea or coffee followed by an individual cooked choice of omelette, full English etc and toast, a great start to the day. Dinner is offered Mon-Thurs but as it was a Friday night we ate elsewhere. A great choice, so much so this was our second visit while on our way to the Kruger.
