The deer valley inn was a cozy small guesthouse . The staff were very kind and helpful.  Highly recommend the place . The staff manager was originally from turkey. Really sorry I forgot the name at this moment but he was wonderful .

This was a convenient place for me to stay, which is why I chose it. It turned out to be a charming historical inn, with a realNew England feel. There was a nice tavern/pub in the next block. Overall I had a great stay, much nicer and more interesting than I had planned on. I found the hotel flexible and responsive.

Oz was a great host.  He made sure our stay at the Bed & Breakfast was comfortable and pleasant.  He answered all of our questions and helped us find places to eat and be entertained.  He helped us with an ice pack when I suffered an injury from a fall.  I would definitely go back the next time we’re in Vermont.

I had an incredible stay here in November. Even during the off-season, it's a serene spot perfect for unwinding, taking peaceful walks, and clearing your mind. The owner's friendliness made me feel completely at home. I'm definitely planning to return and would recommend it to everyone. Such an amazing experience!

Great getaway

Working in a fast-paced bank, my days are filled with deadlines and stress. I needed a break, and Deerfield Valley Inn was the ideal spot for a boys' trip. The ambiance of the inn provided the perfect contrast to my daily grind.

We enjoyed some choice beverages, had long, relaxed conversations without constantly checking our phones, and truly unwound.  The inn's setting, surrounded by nature, was a refreshing change from the city's concrete and noise. One of the highlights of our stay was the enchanting fire pit, where we spent a tranquil evening under the starlit Vermont sky, making our getaway truly unforgettable.

This trip was exactly what I needed to recharge. Deerfield Valley Inn, thanks for the memories and the relaxation.

Being a software engineer, I often search for places that allow me to unwind while still feeling productive. The Deerfield Valley Inn hit the mark. My room was quiet and the king bed was top-notch for sleep quality. What stood out, however, was the in-room fireplace. Coding beside its warmth was a unique experience, blending work with relaxation in a way I hadn't thought possible.

Driving through southern Vermont, especially during fall, was a refreshing change from my screen-dominated days. The fall colors seemed to pop out, offering a serene backdrop that's hard to find elsewhere. It's the kind of setting I'd love to share with my girlfriend for a memorable escape.

After a day of coding and binge-watching some TV shows, that fireplace became the evening's centerpiece. If you're in the tech field and need a mix of relaxation and a touch of romance, The Deerfield Valley Inn should be on your list.

A Tech Retreat with a Touch of Romance

I'm a die-hard basketball fan, so visiting anywhere during the NBA season opener is always a bit of a challenge. The Deerfield Valley Inn, however, exceeded my expectations. My room had a rustic charm, giving off an authentic mountain feel that instantly put me at ease.

The highlight of my stay was the innkeeper's office. Normally, it's not accessible to guests, but the innkeeper made an exception for me. Decked out with a brand new 55-inch TV, it became my sanctuary for catching the games. Watching the NBA on that screen, I felt every play's intensity as if I were right there on the court.

The fun didn't stop at watching. The innkeeper had a PlayStation 5, and our head-to-head basketball matches added an unexpected layer of excitement to my trip. It's rare to find an innkeeper who's both hospitable and shares a passion for hoops and gaming.

For any basketball enthusiast seeking a blend of the game's thrill with a genuine Vermont experience, The Deerfield Valley Inn scores big.

Hoops, Tech, and Authentic Vermont Charm

Booked a last minute stay at this inn, and was immediately welcomed in by the inn keeper at the front door. We had our dog with us and the inn keeper was equally as welcoming to our little pup. He gave us a room with clean linen, cozy fireplace, and rustic furniture that made for a lovely stay. 

We enjoyed every part of our stay, especially how safe the inn was with their covid regulations. Masks required despite vaccination (plenty of free masks and face shields at the entrance of the inn), hand sanitizer, and lysol wipes in the hallway. During these unprecedented times, it’s the best when there are rules placed and followed, which allows for a worry-free vacation.

The innkeeper had coffee, tea, breakfast out every morning for us, which gave us time to get ready to be out and about for our day. He was easy to reach throughout the entire day, and even called us to warn us about traffic on a highway. He showed us so much hospitality, we really hope more visitors come and stay at the deerfield valley inn to experience it for themselves!

A cozy, charming, and warm stay

My husband and I stayed in this cozy, very clean and welcoming BnB last weekend. From the first moment we were shown our room, we knew it was going to be a great experience. It was very spacious, clean and had a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable. We slept like a baby.
The location of Deerfield Valley Inn was fantastic. It was close to all restaurants and attractions. Only 10 minute drive to Mount Snow.
The owners were very welcoming and courteous. We loved sitting by the living room by the fire and having a good friendly conversation with them while enjoying our cup of tea.
When we woke up in the morning, we were greeted with a big smiley face of Oguz who was the inn keeper. He kindly shown us the breakfast area. Freshly made waffles were one of our favorites. He also found some time to sit with us and had a friendly conversation.
While leaving this beautiful place, we felt like our weekend getaway turned into like a warm family visit, and we will definitely return back. We highly recommend this cozy, welcoming and charming Bnb.

A Cozy and Warm Weekend Getaway Experience in Vermont

I stayed at Deerfield Valley Inn for a weeklong trip with friends.  I immediately warmed up to this lovely BnB as the whole place looked quite inviting as soon as I was shown our room. The fireplace was one of the main reasons for this cozy feeling but more so the welcome we received from the hotel's management. The beds are also very cozy, especially for someone like me who just has some herniated disc back issues. Beds are not too firm nor too soft, just perfect. 

Deerfield Valley Inn also has quite a lot of advantages for folks who are either looking for a  weekend getaway or for longer weekly stays during the ski season. It is ridiculously close to Mount Snow; and even for people whose main reason for traveling to Vermont is not skiing or snowboarding, the location of Deerfield Valley is close to the best restaurants and other sorts of entertainment; city tour and hiking activities; etc.

Real Vermont Experience in a friendly and warm BnB

My husband and I have been coming up to ski at Mount Snow for over twenty years and this was our first stay at the Deerfield Inn. We absolutely loved it. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and we were excited to have our own fireplace. We fell asleep to a roaring fire every night, which can’t be beat. For breakfast there were a variety of cooked to order options and there were delicious, homemade baked goods available throughout the day for snacks as well as coffee and tea. The owners were friendly and helpful and it’s just a short 5-10 minute drive to Mount Snow. We’ll definitely be coming back.
