590 reviewsI arrived at his hotel only to find loud construction outside my window. The noise was at such a level that it was impossible to relax n this room. I came down an verbalized my displeasure. The hotel was booked and at first the front desk told there was nothing they could do. After seeing me calling and texting he told me I could leave and I just need to cancel. Booking.com emailed me that the De La Mer demanded a partial payment. I will take sit up with my credit card company. In the meanwhile I have serious reservations about using booking.com. Pretty much useless.
