This Villa is extraordinary, it’s kept in its original condition, a true representation of the area. One of my favorite places in Tunisia, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. I must mention the pool and backyard yard, it’s absolutely beautiful and overlooks an oasis.

Absolutely gorgeous property, probably the best in that area. Make sure to get the suite with the small pool. The property does need a little bit of work, but overall I would live there forever.  Next time I go, I’m going to rent the entire Villa.

This cozy guest house overlooking an oasis is set in a traditional house. 

Rooms are simple but spotlessly clean and there are large common areas with traditional furniture. There is a leafy garden and pool for the hot summer months and the traditional offset courtyard design is built to circulate air in the hot months.

WIFi is fast and there is a TV in the lounge.

The caretaker has been working there for decades and is very kindly and hospitable. Note that you should ask them for the best number to call to let you into the gated compound—I arrived in the evening and we called the no. on the Internet. No answer. Four days later the man called back!! We had to bang on the gate for the caretaker to hear us....

They can prepare dinner on request and advance notice. Breakfast is very simple and carby.



Warm Welcome in Traditional Tunisian Home

I completely recommend for visiting not staying not for accommodation It’s “villa” or house not hotel but really nice house contain 3 rooms what make me booked is the suite room which contain big bathtub inside room But unfortunately it wasn’t ready when arrived after 5pm you are literally own the hotel “villa” cuz You are alone no guests and also no Staff so quiet. The breakfast was limited only 4 elements no menuIf you want to stay alone and no disturbances it’s best choice if not you can visit the place and spend some hours there with cool view

Home alone

They overbooked the property, and didn't even bother to cancel the booking or give me a call. I showed up and they just said, you don't have a room, we sent you a message through expedia.  There was a big concert that night and it was difficult trying to find another room at the last minute.  I'm currently on the phone with Expedia trying to get the charge removed since they never actually canceled the booking through the system and I they therefore charged me through my credit card.  Just terrible, irresponsible customer service.

It's a super cosy and tasteful B&B in Nefta with sweeping views of the oasis and the Corbeille, situated just a stone's throw from Dar Hi. The owner Mr. Zarghouni, who the B&B is named after, is the king of culture in the south. He organizes many events including the Sufi music festival, bringing sufi musicians from all over the world to Nefta every year.

Worth the hype

First of all, the oicture you see do not lie. It's waht you get. pool dominationg the oasis; 
Breakfast is included, but coffee and tea are of poor quality, you get some boring bread, with too little butter and too little jam and the pancakes were nit freshly made ... - no fruits, not even dates in high date season even though you are close to the oasis. The kitchen is very badly equipped, hardly any knife is worth the name, there is not even oil or drinking water - you literally have to buy everything except for salt. 
It's clean, but there is definetly some renovation to be done urgently (i.e. tiles missing, furnitire badly repaired). it seems as if someone is making money out of the place as long as this is possible without any effort - a pitty. 
Firewood was limited to one load a day, coal for BBQ costs extra - at this price ridiculous. And: you cannot pay by card, the owner expects the custormer to pay cash on site. Not appropraite at all. Nonethelss, I would go again. The Tunisan stuff on site is very friendly and the house is charming.
