The reason I give this hotel 5stars is for the location. It was so close to haraam. Also the food was really nice and luckily we had all three meals included in our Hajj package . Otherwise it would have been so time consuming trying to go and get food from somewhere. Even though in the safa towers where this hotel is located their are many food places in the food court downstairs and also a shopping mall in the tower. I can’t say much about the room service because we never used them. The hotel was clean and we had a side view of the haraam. I would definitely stay there again.
