Curtea Dintre Vii

I run a vibrant community of over 50 enthusiastic travelers who love exploring new places and socializing. In March 2024, we spent a delightful afternoon at Curtea Dintre Vii, a charming restaurant that perfectly captures the essence of the Dobrogea region. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, offering an authentic experience of wine tasting and delicious local cuisine. We savored the fish with polenta, a dish that truly stood out with its rich flavors.

The restaurant's surroundings are picturesque, and the interior is beautifully decorated in traditional Romanian style, adding to the overall charm of the place. We are already planning a return trip this autumn, with hopes of participating in the grape harvest and tasting the young wine. It would be wonderful to pair the wine with some traditional dishes, creating a perfect harmony of flavors and experiences.

It is easy to reach, after passing the ferry, at 5 minutes drive by car on the left between the live you can see the two accommodation units.
The rooms are large and spacious and clean. They have small problems with ceramic tiles or doors - but they are not workable.
The dining room - the restaurant has a great view - and if you stay outside you can feel a very clean air.
Very good place for families with children.
Maybe Mr. Lucian Velciu will give a small piano concert in the evening.

Tasty food, excellent wine - good prices.

We stayed at Curtea Dintre Vii for one night. The surroundings were specials, in the middle of an ancient vineyard. The suite was very generous, the bad was confortable.
Beautifull place. The restaurant was cozy and clean. We eat a lot, traditional food thanks to Romana Ristea who magnificent organized the event Gurbanul Viilor.

Excellent trip

Beautiful location, good prices but the food was served cold and the waiter was not up to the job. When other guests were asking for coffee, the waiter told them he's taking orders and can't entertain them at the moment. For us he wrote down the order, but forgot to bring everything. He did not forget to bill the items he forgot to bring. 
I'll never come back. 

Go somewhere else! 

The location of the place is lovely and you can get some nice views, but there is where the nice things stop.

The rooms: The rooms looked like they wore 90% done, the finishing touches wore missing (holes in the ceiling, sockets out of the wall, frame of the bed scratched, the carped looked like was bought from a second-hand store, etc). There wore numbers on the room key, but not on the door so you had to remember witch is your room (all the doors looked the same). 

The restaurant: The restaurant looks very authentic and nice, but we later discovered that the services wore very poor. The service at the table was awful, we had to wait for the drinks until the second course and nobody asked us what we will like to drink, they brought wine and water. At diner we discovered that the food was not cooked in the restaurant, but some place else and brought and reheated and then served to us !!!

The services: The staff was more or less friendly but not at all helpful, lacking the training and the knowledge about anything you ask them. No body told us about the surrounding facilities were we might had access (not even the wi-fi password), we had a wine tasting included and we received nothing and when we complained the staff told us that the owner is missing so we have to tell the owner when it will be back. 

As an advice: Don't go there with kids, starting with the rooms and the play ground nothing is kid friendly, you hate to be very careful during your stay there.

The worst possible experience !!!

The view, the administrator's initiative are to be commended. Cleaning in the restaurant terrace under any criticism, smell of animal and animal hair on chairs. Food below all levels of expectation, at an extremely high price for quality. Too bad about the location.

No comment. 

The place seems to be deserted. At  restaurant only a waiter in shorts who served us poor fish, reheated steak and moldy bread. The wine was not cold and no ice buckets there. There is no air conditioning in the room. A place to be avoided, with people who don't know anything about tourism.
