Another amazing vacation in B-11 at Crystal Cove Beach Resort on Sapphire Bay. The owners are wonderful to work with. The beach is beautiful and has awesome snorkeling. We have stayed in B-11 many times and it is clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and has everything you could need. We will be back!

Crystal Cove Beach Resort on Sapphire Bay - Unit B-11

B-11 was an absolute pleasure for our family's stay at Crystal Cove in the east end of St. Thomas. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to friends and family.  The unit was very clean and comfortable.  The location is fantastic. The entire Sapphire beach area has improved tremendously and is now home to a great pizza place (Paradise Pie - with gluten free options), a coffee and ice cream shop, a very nice high end restaurant (Sea Salt).  It is also very close to all of the conveniences of Red Hook fo shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. The condo association, Crystal Cove, itself is very well taken care of and the gardens in front of each unit were a favorite for our family...We  saw both Antillean crested hummingbirds and green-throated carib hummingbirds.  The owners of B-11, Steve and Honey, are absolutely the best, incredibly responsive and helpful. They communicated rapidly and clearly, and were just cheerful and delightful hosts who made us feel right at home.  Would give this 10 stars if it was an option! So happy we found this Gem on Sapphire Beach.

I would like to wrap up with a review and a request. 
Overall I felt the condo was in poor shape with:
Mold on the A/C vents
A shower door in disrepair and could fall on a guest causing serious injury. Although informed it was never fixed while we were there. 
Sliding doors off kilter and with the wind sounded like a freight train coming thru 24/7. 
A small couch with a too thin mattress. 

Poorly Maintained-C16

Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Condo was clean and staff were friendly and very professional. We enjoyed the local restaurants, especially Seasalt. We loved our snorkel trip to St. John with capt stewart on the breakaway and our hobbie cat sailing lesson with Christian at the st Thomas yacht club was wonderful!  We loved the beach and watching the pelicans, iguanas and even understood the local charm of the roosters crowing in the early morning. Hope to come back soon.

Relaxing and carefree week vacation

Unusually spacious condo. Good value. Very clean. Owner responsive. Close to the beach. Safe. Included in the rental were linens, beach towels, pool noodles, snorkel gear, cooler, beach toys, toilet paper, soap in bathrooms, paper towels, Saran Wrap and foil, coffee maker and Keurig, dish soap, TV in living room and bedroom. I had packed many items already provided in the condo. Easy walk to restaurant, bar, coffee shop. Pool seems way nicer than in any photos. Taxis always outside of the property. Good location to travel around St. Thomas and to get to the ferry to St. John's. Unit D10.

I would stay here again ...

Our rental was as listed. It is a gated community with parking outside your condo. The beach is a very short walk away. There are a few places to eat down the beach. The full moon party at Sapphire Beach is great! There is a lot of seaweed that washes onshore, but it is taken care of every couple days. There are free chairs and loungers at the beach. I would return!

Great location

The hotel is in very bad condition, very poor maintenance, the pond in the middle smell really bad , our apartment had roaches , smell horrible, do not rent C9 , the beds are like rocks , the furniture is about 20 years old , We are never coming back.

Terrible hotel

We have stayed at this condo multiple times and found it has the most to offer as far as amenities plenty of snorkel equipment close to the beach and have plenty of supplies. The owners were in close communication throughout our stay to make sure everything was as it should be. B-11 is great for those that want to stay very close to one of the best beaches on the island.

Another Amazing Experience at B-11

The ladies at the front desk were helpful but I had called a few weeks previous to our arrival to make sure that we were not in one of the condo's that had a bad review.  Our friends stayed in D30 which was remodeled and very upscale.  Our condo D22 was dirty with futons for couches that were so uncomfortable that you could not sit in them for very long.  This place was a dive compared to our friends place.  Do not stay in this unit..  The grounds were nice and it was close to the beach so that was a big plus.  There was also an on sight open air dining which was nice.  I wanted to warn others to that they didn't have the same experience that we did with this particular condo.  Alsol, the coffee maker, oven and toaster barely worked if at all.

Do not stay in D22

We have stayed at this condo three times and found it has the most to offer as far as amenities plenty of snorkel equipment close to the beach and have plenty of supplies most condos do not keep any seasonings coffee filters soap but this place has it all and i try to leave as much as   supplies as i can we normally pack condiments for our trip and leave what is not opened. Great people to work with and always checking to see if everything is working as should be .
