Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The hotel temporarily does not provide a shuttle service. The hotel has 2 entrances 1 — business and 10 — club.

Self-admission to WTC Fitness is allowed for adults and children from 16 years old. Children from 5 to 14 years old can only use the pool with a coach by appointment (the service is paid). A visit to WTC Fitness for guests of the Business Building is paid, 2100.00 RUB per person. Access to the pool is included in the price for bookings in the Club Building.

there is no 5 star facility. everything is available at extra cost. price just for stay in Room. even furniture also broken, in reception not get any welcome . no value for money at all. I book for three nights and i cancel my booking after one night and shifted to another hotel. this is not the 5 star property.
