Nuwa is one of our favorite hotel amongs other hotel in Macau. Me and my friend always stay longer than expected. Its rooms are very cosy and spacious. Staff are very accomodating, respectful and always smile everytime I see them, specially concierge Eduardo.  The sorrounding is so peaceful and the lobby is so amazing with a high cealing and a very nice design. I will always stay in this hotel not because of the good facilities but because of the quality of the service.

It’s a great journey during the stay, hotel is very nice and peaceful, the reception Concierge staff Jason and Mike is so warming, treat me as a friend, although my first time in Macao, he offer me a lot of information to visit, restaurant to try, especially thank for Eduardo, every time when I come back, his welcome and greet makes me feel like home

The staff Edukrdo (19998) is very helpful. The rooms are amazing. We spend an incredible night here. Will visit this hotel again for sure in the future.

職員10分有善，門口就幫我把行李送上房間，房間很美麗而且很大，看到倫敦人巴黎鐵塔的景色，樓下的賭場亦10分美麗，一定會再來啊

Woahhhh This hotel is fascinating! Macau newest 5 stars hotel !!!! Right on the City of dreams shopping center .
Perfect views that I can see all famous casinos and landmarks through the window! The Venetian, Parisian and Londoner. 
Very New room devices. Smart led light controller, a smart phone that you can get all services through the apps instead of a traditional telephone! Very cool!
Room services are perfect! Best room service's experience I've every had! My room attendant is Dave 1000895 who've always been there and be very nice and helpful during the past 5 days. (They got over 1000000 Daves here??!idk)
Anyway!! Great!!!

Nüwa the newest modern 5 star hotel!!

我覺得酒店很大很乾淨，職員很友善，特別是櫃檯職員Jack，非常熱心幫忙，我在空中飛人那邊收不到相和影片，尋求他們幫忙，打電話給他們，他們一直協助我取回相片，十分感激，而且酒店樓下餐廳也很好吃，基本上留在酒店 ，也不願再出去了，已經介紹朋友下一次再來這邊住，期待下次來

Eduardo employee 19998 gave us extremely good service! It is a very pleasant stay with lots of restaurant and shopping, just minutes away by walking! Very central and on the strip.
Right now there are lots of tourist so the taxis are busy!

Good service

I have stayed at the Nuwa Suite (one of the hotel's top level specialty suites) and it has been a very enjoyable stay. The Nuwa Suite was very new, luxurious and well-appointed. 

A stay at the Nuwa Suite comes with a dedicated butler. Special compliment should be given to my primary butler, CJ. He was well-mannered, well- trained, and eager to please. He assisted me with different errands throughout the stay in a professional manner. My night time butler, Steven, was also helpful. I am truly thankful for their butler service.

Excellent Stay at the Nuwa Suite

I stayed at the hotel for my birthday. It was the best birthday I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The checkin process was a breeze and the staff were all so professional. All the hotel facilities and access times were explained well. I was given a professional and detailed explanation of the room features. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and the pillows and beddings just put me to sleep so quickly. As it was my birthday, the room was decorated with pictures, balloons, candles and many other features. Several amenities were provided. The toiletries were excellent and the housekeeping service was top notch. I almost felt as if this hotel could just anticipate all my needs without necessitating any requests. I went to the gym, the spa, and the outdoor pool and hot tub. The cleanliness of the hotel is way above the standards in other comparable hotels. Whenever I approached any counters the staff immediately greeted me and assisted me. Staff in this hotel must have received exceptional training as I’ve never experienced such professionalism. Every interaction left me feeling like a VIP. I have to say I’m a person that sometimes is not so easy to please but I really find myself struggling to find any suggestions. All I can say is keep doing what you’re doing and I hope that I have a chance to come back soon. 

Wow - My Best Birthday Hotel Stay Ever

To tell its a great hotel, it starts from the beginning. Edu (19998) as I have mentioned before, is a wonderful gentleman who gives great support for luggages, easy to talk with and always helpful when I have any queries. I do suggest this hotel.
對我來講一個好的酒店一定要好的服務，Edu(19998) 是一位我認識的人，他不僅服務好而且還很幫手。我前幾天叫了車，等了很久他就過來說要不要幫忙，很讀懂我的心情。值得誇獎。推薦大家來這個酒店。員工服務好，房間也舒服。
