I have been staying at the Crown Regency over the past 10 years. Their staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The location is a main positive about this place. It's just a five minutes walk to Suria KLCC and petronas twin towers. There a few restaurants around the building but we usually walk to KLCC for meals. There a Starbucks and a mini supermarket just outside. Both the LRT and monorail stations are just a short walk away. It only takes around 5 to 10 minutes by taxi to get to Chinatown, little India and bukit bintang. The rooms are fully furnished apartments and are quite comfortable and functional. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well. We always preferred to make our own breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. However considering my experience over the years, I felt that the place is now outdated a bit. The rooms and especially the bathrooms need some upgrades. This place is highly recommended for families and even groups of friends as they offer apartments that can accommodate upto 6 adults. Through out the years Crown Regency has been really good to me and the family. Given us great memories and value for money.
