I booked this hotel over the internet and was suprised in two ways when i got here. The town itself is a sleepy spanish town, i had thought that there would be more life, but anyhow. The hotel itself is on a nice rural setting. The staff are friendly and the rooms are cosy. They are decorated country style but at the same time are very pleasant. We shared a few drinks in bar and the barman showed us the house brewed "sidra" cider that was available, as well as wine and beer. The menu was in Spainish and we had fun translating it over a few beers. in the end we opted for the recommended cod tortilla and t-bone of veal. One of the nicest meals we have had in Spain. Well worth a visit, and dont be put off by the remoteness. We have throughly enjoyed our stay.
