If the guests will arrive after 10:00 PM they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. The property is located on an island. Guests are required to contact the property in advance for shuttle schedule. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Starting from 30th of January, the hotel is relocating their boat departure point to a new jetty. While guests can be dropped off at the jetty, there is no waiting area for vehicles available.
For guests arriving by their own vehicles, they can find the parking location below. The parking is a public paid RTA parking. The hotel is glad to provide Shuttle buses approximately every 20 min which will be available to transport guests from the parking area to the jetty and back. The last bus will depart from Parking 15 min before each boat trip. The Shuttle bus to return to the parking will be leaving from in front of the Jetty Station.

To board the boat, the email or screenshot of the booking and boat reservation are to be handy.
A valid physical passport, Emirates ID, or national ID for GCC nationals is required for travel. GCC national IDs are not acceptable for different nationalities and a digital or paper copy will not be accepted.
The hotel is for adults only. DJ is playing by the pool from 04:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily. Budapest party takes place on Fridays.
Food and drinks from outside are not allowed on the Island.
To customize the return boat for departure depending on availability, guests need to visit the concierge desk at the lobby.
