We booked through booking. com what we thought was a small double room. Furthermore our conformation email also said small double room . So after a 5 hour drive from Renfrew,we were tired. We picked up our keys to room 1. However when we entered the room we got a shock to see bunk beds. Both of us being 64 with bad backs were disappointed. We called Jackie the owner who came and seen us and right away seen our dilemma. She did not hesitate to give us another room . She was so apologetic and kind . There is no breakfast which we were aware of ,however the room is well stocked with tea and coffee. Great view comfy bed nice en suite.
