Although we haven't stayed at the Copper Bank Inn, Linda and I have gone there on several Saturday afternoons for Lunch, Beer and Darts. About 20 ex-pats show up each Saturday and have a great time. Several locals also try their hand at darts and have become very good at the game. The owners, Phil and Dove, make you feel very welcome. If you want to experience the lifestyle of a sleepy Belizian town and to be adopted by the owners....I recommend a stay at the Copper Bank Inn.
