When I arrived at the place, I realized that the picture posted here is the entrance of the small mall. I walked in and found no  sign for the "Aparthotel Zitouna". I had to ask one guy at the bakery to learn that the lady at the grocery store across the hallway was in charge of the hotel. After I showed her my reservation, she told me that she is not doing business with Orbitz anymore and it was not accepted. If so, why is this hotel still listed here?

My reservation not accepted!

The whole thing is very dodgy and I would strongly discourage you from booking a place there - you don't even get a key to the flat you book but a code from a nearby shop (?!) meaning anyone who knows the code can enter any time. Most facilities are broken, the place is dirty and I got BITTEN BY FLEAS while in bed. Absolutely DISGUSTING. 

If you want be treated like a criminal when you try to enter your building at night and be kicked out of the place a day before the ending of your booking as "they have another booking for more days by someone else" -- then this is the place to stay!

In addition, I hope you have good vocal cords as you will have to shout really loud to wake up the guardian to open the door for you at night! We had to wait 30 minutes in the cold for him to open the door of OUR building and be treated like invaders as the owner had not informed him we had booked a flat there.

This place has to be closed down as soon as possible!!!

At arrival i called the hotel to know were is the hotel were the address given is a small shopping mole and had no hotel.the person answerd me, told me that i have no reservation ( i confirmed that i hold a confirmation for my stay )he  closed the line and did not want to reply to my further call.i tried to contact orbit but no luck.i went to other hotel near the address named consul hotel in which they told me that am not the first person that had this problem.i think you are dealing with frude hotel., and please make me a full refund. this is my first booking with orbitz and had a bad experiance.Kind regardsDr Nader Tagiuri

We really enjoyed the stay and will use it again for sure. This is not a hotel with a typical reception and lobby but an apartment complex above a small shopping center and check in is at one of the store, that's not many people know. There needs to be a large sign at least outside that particular store so people won't bypass it , also it would be nice if instructions are given with the reservation. The receptionist Moez a wonderful young very energetic and caring person. He takes care of guests as his own guests and pays personal attention. Cleaning staff very good and prompt

HiUnfortunately , this apartment has very rude mangementThe manager lied on us We checked in late at night and he told us to check out at 12In the morning he knocked our door at 10:45 am and asked us to leave now.  We have many luggage and kids he pushed us to leave and we left and stayed outside waiting for taxiOne more thing , he did not trust the Internet booking and reservation and wants me to pay even though I showed him two emails from hotels.com assuring that the payment was done on fullHe forced me to show him my master card payment on my master cards statement and he is still no convinced I really don't recommend this place at all

Nothing to tell no breakfast as they saying..

Quiet and very secure district. 20 (max.) minutes from airport and close to avenue Bourghiba and the central Station. Equipped kitchen, high speed (really high!) wi-fi, in shot, everything to live independently.
