Pensiunea Casa Elena

Casa Elena is a gorgeous place. The rooms are very nice, with one of the best coffee I ever drank in a hotel room, air conditioning, the view just beautiful. The food is also really good and the staff very pleasant. 
I enjoyed my night stay and I really wished I stayed longer.
Definitely coming back.

First time there, biggest resort i ever been in Romania
5 acres full of gardens and flowers, birds exhbition and lot more like outdoor fitness yard
Restaurant is a big plus, veeery tasty romanian food 
Must try their Ciulama and Papanasi

we was there because of my daughter holiday , and we found a lovely place , clean and with a wonderful garden.we found good place to spent the time with family.The restaurant is ok, but very busy.They have good food .

The rooms are old furnished but clean and big.
The restaurant is nice and the food is very tasty. Service is good too.
Must try "Ciorba radauteana" and "papanași". 
Very close to Voroneț monastery too. 

We stopped for a lunch in this amazing location and the soups we ordered were great. The waitress was kind and friendly, the dishes were tasty and not to mention the location and surroundings which were all breath-taking. I cannot rate it from accomodation point of view, but as a restaurant is excellent.

The hotel is very simple but clean and nice. Wood paneled rooms with baths and nice, but soft, beds. Very quiet too. The only issue is that the wifi is not available in some of the rooms. Overall I would happily return to this very reasonably priced hotel.

Stayed three nights whole visiting monasteries. 
Room OK, but bed hard (for my taste). No phone, no air conditioning - not problem when here, but would be in summer. Room could be cleaned better.
Breakfasts reasonable, but staff may have problems if big tour groups staying. Dinners were good, though service can be slow. Grounds are pleasant. Got bit tired of Romanian folk music (not live) in restaurant. Very repetitive in nature. Great views of surrounding area - beautiful.

Nice grounds, fair hotel

Room - small, clean, but no AC, only one roof window that I could not open (after a shower, I had to ventilate the room opening the door and the window in the corridor). 
Bathroom fan was very noisy and not so clean... 
The plastc bathroom floor mat was so slippery, that I had to take it out, to be sure I will not break my neck. 
Bed and floor: squeaky ! 
Electric plugs: one was 3/4 out of the wall, the other was for TV and an empty small refrigerator - so I used the one from the bathroom to charge my phone. 
 
In the other room, my colleague discovered a shower, where he had water up to his ankles... 

I cannot recommend this place except for the location: many flowers, lovely garden, close to Voronet Monastery.

I paid 4 stars and received 1 star, being accommodated in Vila C (villa with the same prices as the other rooms in the complex) within the complex. It has no pictures on the site, Wi-Fi is missing, cleaning is totally missing - the bathrooms have not been disinfected. Everything is old and gives you no feeling of comfort. In short, the site presents the new complex and if you are unlucky, you can stay here! After the experience, this villa deserves maximum 2 stars and the price should be according to what we receive (double room with breakfast cost 250 lei, and triple room with breakfast cost 330 lei🙄🤦‍♀️).
