Very nice accommodation in the middle of the town.Delicious breakfast and restaurant with a very relaxing vibe.

Lovely place to stay, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was really good and not too expensive. The breakfast that is included is great (choice of any of their options, no restrictions).Location perfect right by the pretty tourist street and a short walk to the centre.

Our stay at Colonte Hotel was amazing. It felt like a little hub in the middle of Valladolid. The staff was so friendly (lovely Fernando attended to our breakfast orders every morning), the food was great (best guacamole I’ve ever tasted), and we felt very safe. The pool is a little bit small, but it fits the size of the hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful tranquil hotel set 10 minute walk from downtown TULUM on the main road. Parking outside although not many spaces we didn’t struggle to park. Hotel reception felt relaxed and bohemian with swings and hammocks leading to the pool and surrounding gardens. Room was downstairs with a patio and hot tub (which we didn’t need). Secluded space but a little shady and seats were made of concrete, I would opt for an upstairs room with patio next time. Pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds although the pool area didn’t seem to get much sun and the sunbeds were therefore damp in the morning and not very inviting. There is an on-site restaurant which looked nice but we didn’t eat. They offer breakfast but check it’s open as it was closed the day we stayed. Room was lovely, clean, comfortable with a working safe and plenty of storage. The hotel felt safe.

Great stay at Colonte Hotel

It is such a lovely oasis when visiting Valladolid!  The room was my wife's favorite of all the resorts and hotels we visited in Mexico.  Also we recommend eating there.  They don't make a big deal of their restaurant, but we are dinner there for convenience, and are so glad we did.  Couldn't imagine a better dinner experience in town.

Cute boutique property with stylish rooms and a great breakfast.The staff seem a bit indifferent (not coming to help with luggage after you’ve come in to ask about parking; disappearing from their desks when you come into reception to check in). There is also some noise from dogs barking outside, but that eventually dies down.Overall, this is a nice and relaxing property in a great location with free parking available.

The hotel is beautifully designed and clean. Service was exceptional. The included breakfast exceeded expectations. Downsides: the architecture prioritizes form over function - for example, the glass doors on bottom floor room opening to private backyard would not fully close, meaning we had lots of mosquitoes (we were able to kill them and leave the bathroom door closed overnight so they did not bother us). The room was very humid and damp. Parking is in the back of the building, off site but still very close. All in all, a beautiful Instagrammable hotel with some downsides.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. If you want to explore the town this is the place to stay, a hidden oasis. The courtyard is small and peaceful with a pool and a lot of greenery. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is very helpful. We had a few meals onsite and thought the food was great as well.

Hidden Gem

This hotel is by far the most cozy property I have seen in a very long time. The attentions received from the employees was over my expectations, as well as the beauty of the place. We book a room with no terrace, and as I was interested in one with terrace because of the amazing bathroom with a glass door looking into the nature, they inform us they had the availability last minute so we were able to upgrade, and it was wow worth every cent. The restaurant service is excellent as well as the food, I just didn't like that the pool at night wasn't warm, was too cold the water, for the rest Im surely will be booking this property if I returned to Valladolid

We were evacuated from Tulum during a hurricane and found ourselves at this property.  Honestly, it was a welcome inconvenience on the trip.  The room was beautiful, the staff was accommodating and friendly.  Cocktails are inexpensive and it’s well located if you’re looking to walk out your door and be among local life.  Would definitely return if in the area again!

Great Unexpected Stay

Colonte is the perfect little hotel. From the moment you walk in you know you are in a place that cares about the little details. For example, we were greeted by the friendly staff who had fresh melon juice and a cookie for us. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed and was decorated so beautifully with locally sourced materials. The breakfast that was included with our stay was delicious-  fruit, pastries, coffee, juice, eggs and salad. The location is great, an easy 10 minute walk to the main square and 5 mins to the lovely shops on Los Frailes. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is just great! The middle court gives a very exotic touch to the hotel. The room itself is very clean and comfortable, glassdoor to the garden from the room and bathroom, it makes for a very nice showering experience! Everything is close by, touristic attractions and the bus terminal are within walking distance.
