Clochard Bed & Breakfast

Clochard B&B was close and convenient to the Spanish Arch and the Latin Quarter. Clochard was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The proprietors were very accommodating and served us an early breakfast so we could catch an early bus tour. I highly recommend this B&B

Pat & Helena were great hosts and made sure we were happy, comfortable, and they recommended we take the ferry to the Aron Islands. We loved our day trip to the islands and we are so thankful they recommended this day trip. Galway is a great town and this B&B is located in the perfect spot for a nice walk to town as well.

Clochard House B and B is a great place to stay just away from the city centre but close enough to get around easily. We stayed there 2 nights in early September. Very nice people, quiet, extremely well kept and clean accommodations. Helena and Pat recommended an excellent nearby seafood restaurant for dinner and helped us get to our Aran Islands bus in the morning. We'd definitely stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of our hosts.  This is the first B&B we've ever stayed in, and our hosts were very helpful, and informative.  The town of Galway was bustling with activity, and fun to explore.

Just the right location in Galway

What friendly people

Nice, clean, and convenient

We did a self-drive B&B tour that was set up by an agency. This place was picked for us. We would not have chosen it. The room was clean, but very small, and the bathroom was even smaller. The location was a good 20 minute walk from the city center. Breakfast was basic Irish fare, but good.
