The hotel is has a great view. The breakfast is really good. The staff is very friendly and offer to help. One of the staff, Sahiela, was following up with if there is any problem and was always ready to help. She was arranging packages for massage and hamam that was way cheaper than any where else. Every morning she was greeting us at breakfast area and ask if there is any problem. She was taking notes and providing help or addressing any issue we had. Also, the rest of the staff are very helpful. Farooq helped us keep our luggage in the hotel when we were away from the hotel and the security guards arranged very good rate taxi to the airport. Just a point that is worth noting is that this hotel has free shutle buses to various parts of the city which is very helpful.

What was good
The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood with the beautiful view of the Golden Horn.
The breakfast was very rich. A number of different meals were offered to the visitors.
The room with the view was very good. Everything we needed was available in the room.
The room was cleaned every day.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to mention specifically Okan bey.
