My husband and I said here during a long weekend in Maseru. We enjoyed the Hotel a lot. The room was a bit on the small side, but very comfortable with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the mini-fridge. The breakfasts were very filling and a great way to start the day. The location was a little bit out of the way, though we don't have a car, so if you have a car it really is pretty centrally located. When we come back to Maseru we will certainly plan to stay here.

Some points need to highlight 
Firstly. we check in as a group for 2 nights. booked 8 rooms but when reach there only 7 rooms given and have to squeeze 4 person in a room. We need to sort out the arrangement by ourselves but lucky it settled. Maybe there never encountered such a big group before and it was fine.

Secondly, our room are dirty on the floor because the team walk in and out to keep the luggage's so the foot print was over the floor before we sort out the room issue. Hence, we requested to clean the floor after room has been sorted out. The staff just use the DRY mop with all the dirt to mop our room floor. OMG really cant believe it.

Last point, after we went back from our dinner, i discovered my pant & sweater was missing. I though i was misplace somewhere but on the second night after we back to the room my friend discovered her sunglasses, lotion & stationery all went missing as well. After we highlight to the staffs, they just pretend nothing happen. Of course they have to do so.

Really disappointed with the staffs. They looks friendly but that was unbelievable. It can only says we have no enough of luck. You may try this inn if you have enough of good luck.

Nice room & staffs but insecure place

Huge neat rooms with wooden floors. Bed very comfortable and nice size TV. Only downside is aircon doesn't work well. With these cold days the electric blanket is the only option. WiFi speeds a bit slow. Needs upgrading. 

 Beautiful rooms

City Lodger offers a comfortable and clean stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good breakfast on offer in the morning.

Wi-fi is almost non-existent and that is the main disadvantage of staying here.  Also make sure that you either have food for evening meals or be prepared to drive to a spot for dinner as there are no restaurants in walking distance.

At city stay west we had a wonderful experience with my team, everyone was so happy to have found such a neat accomodation and the breakfast was so good. We really enjoyed staying there. Customer care is in place we had some challenges on the way and we arrived very late at the time they should all have gone home but Palesa kept on waiting for us. You are the best!!!!!!!!!
