Location was good, large shopping centre across the road, with a supermarket, and frequent and very cheap buses to Zagreb centre. There wasn't really any staff as the office is away from the hostel, so only encountered the staff when getting our keys and handing them back, but seemed pleasant enough. Room was clean and modern, and the shared bathrooms were also clean and had good showers. The kitchen area was poor, and no cups, cutlery, plates or anything was provided, defeating the purpose of having a kitchen there at all, as not many people are going to bring their own kitchen supplies. It is a slightly strange place, I can't describe it unless you've been, but definitely worth the money and would stay here again, great for travellers! 

Good stay!

Poor maintenance of the whole hostel. No kitchen, no cups, no plates, nothing. The male bathroom + toilets had only 2 of 4 showers working and some machines on the floor. Also on one of the nights the door for the male bathroom broke and everybody had to use the female one, which caused some inconvenience

Poor maintenance of the facilities

It was transformed from an office and so there were plenty of sockets for charging.  Wifi was quite good.  A very big supermarket was two minutes walk away.  Breakfast was good.  Bear in mind that if you ordered for a coffee, you will get an expresso.  You need to wait for quite a long time to have a hot shower.

Centrally locared

They have no kitchen, there is little privacy due to the glass walls everywhere and a private 'double room' is simply two separate single beds (can be moved together).

However the bathrooms are clean, there is lots of hot water and they're just amazing! Also the location is fine because the tram ride in is very easy (5-10 mins walk from Hostel to tram station, they arrive regularly, without any delays). There is a tram which takes you directly to the Bus Station in about 40 mins door to door. Overall a very cool place.

Weird but cool

We stayed there 1 night on our way to Plitvice and overall it was OK. The building is easy to find with a huge sign when you are coming from the highway. The free underground parking was safe and pretty huge. We thought it was a bit far from the old town, about 30 mins of tram. The tram station is pretty close to the hostel though.

The hostel itself was... let's say just too funky for our likings, but it's just decorations, eh. The room and the common areas were clean enough, except for the showers which where pretty dirty when we got there. The towel/clothe/soap holders had all fallen to the ground. The rest of the restrooms were clean. Also, the WiFi was working great everywhere.

Even thought it was not pricey at all, we wouldn't have stayed more than a couple of nights.
