Stayed at the property for 5 nights. Of course this is the Country of Smiles, and there was no exception with Fraser Suites. Enjoyed the front office staff and all room service staff and maids were very warm. Our favorite staff member ( I don’t remember his name) was the gentleman who ran the shuttle service Wonderful personality and even sang Beatles songs for us, while driving. You could tell that this was a happy staff member who loved his job and appreciates being part of this team. He’s a keeper! Great daily extensive buffet breakfast was included in the price. Our suite ( we changed suites after noticing our the Air condition was not working, upon check in) was nice with large living room with kitchen, washing machine, and bedroom. Large balcony with amazing views of the city on the 19th floor. “Nana” Sky train station is 8 minutes walking distance from Fraser or by hotel’s shuttle service. Good restaurants are nearby. Thai, German, American, Japanese all within easy walking distance. Various clubs also Great experience and hopefully will return
