Lovely Chichi is the owner of the Villa, she is very hopefull, you can ask as you need, she will do the best she can to help you or to make your travel a lovely and awesome trip !
His son is Willy and he speaks English very well, he lives in the villa so you can ask him or Chichi then he can pick you up all over you want in Bali by car.
The Villa is close to Kuta (10minutes by bike), not expansive and you have aircon, big pool and that very confortable.

Nice rooms and courtyard with a pool. The people there are very friendly and speak several languages. I managed to hire a motorbike and go surfing, several breaks 5-10minutes away. It's nice to be a little bit away from the tourists at Kuta and have your own privacy.

I have visited chichi villa and I must admit is not the most luxurious place in the world but it is honest, cheap, quiet and clean.
Therefore if you are looking for a nice place and you on a budget this is the perfect place for you

Two AWESOME trips we have past  in Chichi Villa !

perfect for a low budget

Cheap and good.

You get what you pay for.

Bad Wi-Fi reachability in the bungalows. 
You have to move close to the router (at the pool, public area) to have access.

Low season fares:
for 3 weeks period (20 days)
4.000.000 IDR (room with kitchen in the balkony)
3.000.000 IDR (room without kitchen).

Cheap and good

My first issue was with the pool. It looks lovely but beware: it is incredibly dangerous. It is so poorly built that the concrete between the ceramics under the water have weathered away and become extremely sharp. The two times I went swimming both myself and my partner were cut. I brought this to the attention of the owner, Chichi, to be told “oh yes! The pool is dangerous, be careful!” When asked why we were not told beforehand, she simply said “sorry, I have told the other guests though so no need to worry.” I find this very incompetent on her behalf to have chosen not to warn us before we were injured. People say you get what you pay for, and for 5,000,000RP a month I find it incredibly hard to understand why she would be so insistent on receiving payment not even a full 48 hours after my arrival without giving adequate warnings of her so-called “private and comfortable villas”. The TV inside my room did not work, in which I was brought an alternative that I watched a total of 1.5 movies on until that TV too stopped working. Without a pool to swim in, I hoped to relax inside my villa and watch some movies. Nope. These issues, while making my stay uncomfortable, were dismissible for the price being affordable. 
The biggest issue came on my 2nd last day here. As I am writing this, and as I have listened to all morning while drinking my coffee, there is a baby monkey chained up to the front gate with no food or water. He/she has been crying all morning, with the only attention received from one other guest here and myself. I watched as Chichi, walked straight past the monkey to go about her daily activities. This is a BABY. Wrongfully taken from its mother! To be chained up inside a villa, in the middle of Kerobokan, with nothing to play with and no food/water. It is so clearly scared of humans, even after I have some apples to eat, all it wants to do is climb into the trees to escape. Another guest here has advised me both the owner Chichi, and to my deepest heartbreak, a fellow Australian man are the owners. This is beyond wrong. Bali is renowned for being one of the worst perpetrators of animal cruelty, and to hear a fellow tourist has perpetuated this trade fills me with deep sorrow. For both the island of Bali, it’s people, and the idiotic humans who think this is acceptable, this needs to change. I would NOT recommend this villa, I would NOT recommend interacting with these heartless human beings, and I would NOT recommend any activities that support animal cruelty. It does not take a saint or a crusader to be a decent human being. And what these people are doing is absolutely heartless.
