We just had a wedding in Plamondon, Ab  at the Festival Place, which is amazing & beautiful in itself.  We contacted the Chez Nous Motel several  months ago to see if they could accommodate our friends & family with rooms for the wedding weekend. Iustina,  blocked & managed the bookings rooms for us & she went over & above to accommodate our needs! Thank you so much Iustina!! You were great to deal with!! I fully recommend staying at the Chez Nous! Our guests rented 12 rooms in total & every guest said everything was very good!! Nice & clean!! Everything was great including the communication with getting checked in. This was great peace of mind to know our guests were comfortable & happy! Thank you Chez Nous!🥰

Plamondon is a small but beautiful town.  We stayed here as we have once before.  Got the honeymoon sweet (lol) after many years of being married.  It was awesome.  Newly renovated, very well set up and very clean and quiet.  Had two queen beds...one for my wife and one for me LOL.  Beautiful place.  Quiet clean and all you could want.  Full kitchen etc. although our time here was brief, we loved it.  Thanks to all the great staff.  Cheers

Attended a 50 Anniversary function.  Awesome place to stay.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

The room reeked of cigarettes and weed. There was white residue (maybe mold) by the mini fridge, and the carpet was full of black and ark stains. We decided to pull the one bedding down and the white sheets were stained, I remade the bed. I called several times requesting a refund as we ended up having to drive 2 1/2 hours home because we couldn't stay there. They called me back and said that they could give me 1/2 a refund and then proceeded to tell me that the house keeper stated that we used both beds and the shower. She also stated that according to her "surveillance" we were in the room from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm that day. This was also a lie as we were at a wedding from 1:15-10:00. We left the key in the room and drove home that night. I cannot believe the audacity they had - lying to me stating that we used the room when we dam well know we didn't. I wouldn't recommend this hotel EVER!!!
